History

MED is a spin-off company from Quality Synthetic Rubber (QSR) of Twinsburg, OH.  QSR was founded in 1966 in a small building in Oakwood Village Ohio.  The two original owners were the sole employees at first, but now the business has grown to include multiple corporations and manufacturing in China.  While the companies were first introduced to specialize in the automotive and industrial markets, over time more medical projects were acquired and in 1994, MED Inc was incorporated as its own entity.  Over the past ten years other acquisitions have been made in order to increase the overall technical abilities of the company.

Facility

Today MED operates within the QSR Twinsburg facility in three separate cleanroom areas in order to provide the highest quality parts possible.
